    That's "Galoping Fanfare 2" by Harry Bluestone.

    Warner/Chappell's new site has a lot of mistakes - the 2 version is also put in place of the 3 version. https://www.universalproductionmusic.com/en-hk/discover/albums/5253/fanfares There's the correct album.
